ALIEN SPECIES
Plastic waste is having an irreversible effect on our seas and oceans. In this performance audiences are invited to imagine a new Alien Species that might evolve when plastics mutate into living beings- sea creatures that emerge from the ocean and transform into trash.

A new Alien Species emerges when plastics mutate into living beings. The spectacular costumes are shed shaped and transformed in tandem with the wind and sea. The performance creates a juxtaposition of visual sensation combining organic forms with artificial materials. Costumes that suggest sea creatures transform into trash.
